Lin Chia, O.D.

Chia Lin, O.D. earned her Doctor of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in 2013. She received her training at Tufts NEMC, Harvard Vanguard, the VA Boston Healthcare System, the Fenway Health Center, and the New England Eye Institute.

With her enthusiasm for providing a solutions-focused approach to eye care, Dr. Chia’s areas of clinical expertise are in the co-management of refractive surgery, ocular surface disease, corneal disorders, and myopia management. Previously, Dr. Chia was the Clinical Director of Boston’s premier refractive surgery practice. She was responsible for managing clinical safety and operations, developing peri-operative guidelines, growing and educating New England’s affiliate physicians’ network, and training staff locally and nationally.

Dr. Chia has also been an adjunct associate professor at her alma mater, instructing advanced courses on refractive surgery.

When not in clinic, Dr. Chia enjoys traveling, cooking and baking, gardening, and spending time with her family and rescue animals.
